Two Coast Table Contest

We were lucky enough to get some free coupons from Nasoya, actually too many for both of us to use, so we decided to have a contest!  The coupons are for one free package of either tofu, wraps, noodles, or vegi-spread with a maximum value of $3.69.  Free food, or at least a coupon for free food, is something neither one of us would ever pass up! 

So here are the rules:

• Create a seasonal recipe (think Thanksgiving, Fall, or the Holidays) that uses one of those four Nasoya products.
• Include step by step instructions and ingredients, as well as any tips you have for serving the dish.
• You must submit a recipe to us at twocoasttable@gmail.com.  Bonus points will be given to those who include pictures.

How the winners will be chosen:

• We will choose our three favorite recipes and we will mail the coupon to those three people.
• We will then choose our favorite of the three and post the recipe with pictures of one of us making it and a we will include your name (if you want us to!)

THE DEADLINE TO SUBMIT RECIPES IS NOVEMBER 18 AT MIDNIGHT PST
