My Favorite Late Night Snack
I usually stay up late and eat dinner early so inevitably I feel like a snack later in the night. Of course, I like to make sure what I am eating is not horrible for me (I mean on the occasion cheese fries or nachos can’t be avoided…they call to me). The thing I almost always make is a frozen blueberry dessert treat. It is simple to make with just three ingredients and barely any calories.

Ingredients & Directions:
- 1 C Frozen Fat Free Whipped Topping (Cool Whip)
- 1/4 C Frozen Blueberries
- 1-2 T Chocolate Syrup
Scoop out about a cup of frozen fat free whipped topping & put it into a small bowl; it’s like ice cream when it is frozen. Then pour the frozen blueberries on top of the whipped topping. Finally drizzle the chocolate syrup over the whipped topping and blueberries and eat!
