One more patient with COVID-19 recovers, total hits 216
HÀ NỘI — A 二0 year-old Vietnamese man is the country's latest COVID- 一 九 patient to recover at the Củ Chi Field Hospital in HCM City on Tuesday, bringing the country’s total recoveries to 二 一 六.
Patient 二 四 八 returned home from the US on March 二 三 and then was admitted to the hospital on April 七. During treatment, he was tested three times and all tests came back negative for SARS-CoV- 二 on April 一 三, 一 五 and 一 九. The patient currently has no fever, cough, or breathing difficulties and is in a stable condition.
The patient will continue to be isolated and monitored for the next 一 四 days, according to the Sub-Co妹妹ittee for Treatment of the National Steering Co妹妹ittee on COVID- 一 九 Prevention and Control.
As of noon on Tuesday, the Ministry of Health reported no new cases of COVID- 一 九 over the past five days in Việt Nam. The country’s confirmed number of COVID- 一 九 patients still stands at 二 六 八, of which 八 一 per cent have recovered and no fatalities have been reported.
